    I want to know why I got PERMANENTLY banned from my freedom of speech in chat while watching the Xbox E3 stream yesterday on Twitch via the Xbox channel??????? It's not my fault the show was boring and MANY others verbally agreed but I bet they didn't get
    banned. OR is it because I'm female?? Hey idiots at Xbox why don't you fire those jackass mods who can't permanently ban the racists or fire the producers of your garbage show?? I have every right to be myself, and you don't treat paying customers like ****!
    I don't even know why I was watching your channel when the main game I'm interested in is team Playstation and it's no wonder lol. Will be switching to Playstation like I had intended anyway.

    To Whom This May Concern,

    I share an Xbox live account (Lightz Out) with my boyfriend and we just recently received an email/notification that the account has been banned. No warning was issued beforehand, and I'm quite perplexed as to how we can, or how I can, obtain it back? From
    my knowledge, our Xbox One has no mods, we haven't committed any acts of fraud, as well as any violation...

    Any help regarding this matter would be appreciated.

    Wait a minute.

    You were watching Xbox E3 and in no uncertain terms spoke out about how boring it was and got permabanned?

    That's even worse than what one other forum goer said about 'corrupted console updates' as the cause of another persons console being banned. (shakes head)

    I know your conspiracy theories are always more fun, but even you should know bans don't happen that quick. They were obviously banned for something that happened prior to that and it just happened to go into effect while they were watching E3.

    Purchasing or selling accounts can get you permanently banned.
    Signing in to accounts that are not yours can get you permanently banned.
    Sharing sign in information for accounts can get you permanently banned.

    Also, if you've been given any "tips" that triggering a short-term ban of the account for offensive Bio content will somehow negate the account's permanent ban, you were told wrong. A permanent ban is permanent.
