    Permanently banned


    I’ve been randomly permanently banned ‘due to inappropriate conduct or content’ but I don’t remember breaking any of the rules and the ban reason is too vague to understand. I barely message anyone on Xbox and I definitely don’t remember using inappropriate conduct or content. Can someone please help and explain to me?

    Purchasing or selling accounts can get you permanently banned.
    Signing in to accounts that are not yours can get you permanently banned.
    Sharing sign in information for accounts can get you permanently banned.

    Also, if you've been given any "tips" that triggering a short-term ban of the account for offensive Bio content will somehow negate the account's permanent ban, you were told wrong. A permanent ban is permanent.
