    Permanently banned


    So i got perma banned back in 2016-2017 i think and i tried to review my case to get the ban lifted as i do not believe 1 swear word should get you banned maybe a suspension from messaging peoole but thats it i tried to get this reviewed and i got an automated
    message in return which i feel was bad from the enforcement team i spent over 2000 on games and even more on ingame content and i mentioned this but the person reviewing didnt even care to read my message explaining this and now were in 2020 close to 2021
    i feel i should definetely be able to access my account and my purchased content i dont even want to play on the account i just want to set it as home so my new account that ive had for like 4 years now can play these games as i really dont want to repurchase
    these games and tbh if i did have to repurchase i would honestly look in different areas instead of supporting microsoft i still buy games from microsft to this day on my new account i love xbox but this needs to be fixed so if there is a way someone can help
    me get this ban lifted i would apreciate it very much also please dont give me any message like you can go to xbox enforcement.com because i cant get this reviewed on there.

    Purchasing or selling accounts can get you permanently banned.
    Signing in to accounts that are not yours can get you permanently banned.
    Sharing sign in information for accounts can get you permanently banned.

    Also, if you've been given any "tips" that triggering a short-term ban of the account for offensive Bio content will somehow negate the account's permanent ban, you were told wrong. A permanent ban is permanent.
