Permanently Banned?

To Whom This May Concern,

I share an Xbox live account (Lightz Out) with my boyfriend and we just recently received an email/notification that the account has been banned. No warning was issued beforehand, and I'm quite perplexed as to how we can, or how I can, obtain it back? From
my knowledge, our Xbox One has no mods, we haven't committed any acts of fraud, as well as any violation...

Any help regarding this matter would be appreciated.

Ban/suspension forums are here forums.xbox.com/.../4276.aspx the enforcement team can tell you why you were banned.An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account as well.

Your warning was the terms & conditions & code of conduct you agreed to when you started the account.

Purchasing or selling accounts can get you permanently banned.
Signing in to accounts that are not yours can get you permanently banned.
Sharing sign in information for accounts can get you permanently banned.

Also, if you've been given any "tips" that triggering a short-term ban of the account for offensive Bio content will somehow negate the account's permanent ban, you were told wrong. A permanent ban is permanent.

a permanent ban means theres no way to unban it, thats why its permanently banned

Permanent bans are not issued lightly. If you've had multiple suspension in the past, that can lead to a permanent ban.
