Permanently banned GT (XRiotEpidemicX)

Hello, Uh its been about a month since my account, XRiotEpidemicX, has been banned and this is the only chance I've had to address this issue. So, when I had got on my Xbox I had received a message saying I've been permanently banned. So, when I called Microsoft
support they told me to file a appeal and I sent an appeal and when I got a message back from XBLPET Kappa, He just told me why I got banned and how I had excessive reports against me. But, the only recent ones I had were on 7/22/2016, and 8/7/2016 both were
a 2 week suspension. The other two I had were exactly about a year ago. So, I don't see how I should of received a permanent suspension, when there's other people modding and cheating. Before, I had received the ban I was playing GTA 4 and there are tons of
modders in there, I had two modders I would meet in lobbies and would constantly mess with me, so in return I would get mad at cuss and would file complaints, Yet they would be fine the next day, which makes no sense in my opinion. So, I'm guessing they're
the reason I had received the ban. But, I would just like a chance to redeem my account because that account meant a lot to me and if I would of known that smack talking would result in a permanent ban then I would of never put my account at risk. Thank you.

i got banned for solicitation permanently i was selling dinos on ark had no idea i was breaking any rules no warnings or anything just perm banned pleas help gt antix pilot

 

You were suspended at least 4 times prior by your own admission above. That should have been your hint to correct your behavior... as noted in the Code of Conduct, repeated violations can result in a permanent suspension, as it did in this case. If you've
filed a case review and the decision was upheld, that's the end of it unfortunately- the enforcement team are the only ones who can lift your suspension, and if the case review is complete then it's been thoroughly investigated twice and each time rendered
the decision that the permanent suspension was appropriate.

 

I was "chat banned" 2 times the other 2 times were literally a year ago and should of never been included, and the 2 times that I did get "chat banned" were back to back and when I asked why I received another "chat ban" was because of the same offence.

• Permanent suspension or device ban, if you try to avoid suspension with alternate accounts and/or devices.

The thing is, you're trying to address another issue, My issue is that 2 communication bans then a permanent ban? It just doesn't seem logically correct, the guy told me "multiple" and by saying multiple you would think of 5 so I think I just received the
ban way too earlier to be punished with that.

 

You were banned for violating the Code of Conduct. Repeated violations of the Code of Conduct can lead to a permanent ban. There is no "set number" of how many suspensions you get until it becomes permanent.

Please note that the XBLPET do not browse the forums to address user grievances with bans/suspensions, and absolutely nobody here on the forums is able to help reverse your ban.

 

Another thing to take into consideration is that you admit to playing in modded lobbies which is also a bannable offence.

If you ever find yourself in a modded lobby you need to leave straight away.If you stay then you risk enforcement action on your account.

 

Not private lobbies, public.

 

Okay, but it makes no sense to ban someone that trash talks over someone that mods a game. I have never, once, modded my Gamerscore and never cheated and I received a permanent ban on my 3rd most recent offense? and when the XBLPET told me "several" offences,
you would think multiple, not 2. So, what am I to do for this false ban? That's the way I feel about this because I never did anything severe or constantly getting "punished" to have received this permanent ban.

 

When I sent an appeal they told me I got permanently banned for having multiple offences of harassment. So, the modded lobbies stuff isn't something I got banned for. So, I don't think you need to discuss that with me.

 

I think Microsoft cares about their fans, Its just I don't think the Enforcement Team knows how important an account is to someone.
