Permanently banned from Xbox Live and it's Killing me

Hello. My name is Marley Gabor. I had to make a new account to post here because my main account, Marleyg4 is banned. Permanently. I'm 23 years old, don't have a job, live with my mother, don't have a car or a license, and am going to school part time. I
haven't had a relationship for the past year and half since my boyfriend broke up with me, and even before that I've pretty much had no one in my life. I have no friends outside of xbox, and my overall quality of life is pretty awful. The only solace I've
had since I got it in 2007 was my xbox 360, and later my Xbox One. A couple of days ago I received a 2 week chat ban from xbox, and this apparently triggered a permanent ban for my account. This isn't the first time I've been banned, or the second or third.
I understand that i am toxic, but I have been trying so hard to be less so than I was when I was first banned back in 2015, and I think i have gotten better, if not only marginally. I am not a bad person. I am not a homophobe (obviously) I have never doxxed
anyone, never tried to blackmail anyone, never cheated in a video game, abused glitch spots, modded my gamerscore, or done anything nearly that bad. The only thing I am guilty of is losing my temper and sending messages to people sometimes. If this had simply
been a one month full suspension chat suspension, I wouldn't be coming to the forums. If i had received a warning on ANY of my previous bans informing me that my next one would be permanent, I would have seriously gotten my act together, but i got no such
warning. I don't think I have done anything nearly terrible enough to warrant a full, permanent ban from xbox live. I have proven myself time and again to be a loyal Microsoft customer, as I have proven with my 100% digital library of nearly 200 games worth
close to $2000. I dont think i deserve to watch such an incredible investment simply evaporate into thin air, because someone didn't like a string of characters that I typed to them. I probably deserve a chat ban for what I said to that guy who told me to
enjoy my ban. I'll even take a permanent chat ban at this point. But if you guys reverse this ban,I promise that I will never flame anyone ever again. This past day with no xbox has given me so much perspective on the error of my ways. The thought of me not
only losing my 98k gamerscore, but the only thing in my life that brings me even a modicum of happiness has humbled me immensely. Please, find it in your hearts to let me continue throwing money at my screen and enjoying your superior online service for as
long as I liv

If the case review decision was upheld then there is nothing else you can do.

To many suspensions will lead to a permanent ban which is what has happened to you by the sounds of it.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to try submitting a case review at http;//enforcement.xbox.com

 

i understand that the enforcement team doesn't look at these forums. I really just need to get this some visibility so maybe someone on the enforcement team will see this and take pity on me.
