Permanently Banned from Communications from 1 Report

On 3/17/2017 I sent one message of hate mail when I found a hacker in an online game, and they reported that message. About 10 minutes after that I was banned from Communications for 24 hours.

Now that I log in I see that I am banned again, but this time permanently, and the enforcement date has the same date as that one message.

How do I submit a case review?

Communications Ban Appeal

I have been communication banned for life for no reason and would like it appealed because i have only gotten a 1 day communication ban and out of the blue i got permanently communication banned please Unban me for communications.

Sorry, but when the OP won't even admit what else they were banned for, then no, I still don't believe they were permanently banned simply for communication. It's pretty obvious that there is more to the story that's intentionaly being left out. I'd be willing
to bet the OP's "friend" modified the console and that's why it's permanently banned from Live.

 

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

 

I've tried going there, but do not see an option for a case review. Its pretty hard to believe that Im permanently banned from Communications for 1 message and I cant even submit a case review

 

On the enforcement page, you can click on the "Reputation Overview" link on the right hand side. After the page loads, you can scroll down on the left hand side and look for "case review". You can read up on what to expect from a case review as well as looking
at your "Enforcement History" by clicking on the link found in the article. You can then file the case review from there.

 

I have a question and another million but for now, My cable box which is hooked up to my xbox is shutting off by itself {you know how it has the energy saver and when you are not active for a bit it shuts off. Leaving my t.v. and xbox on by their selves.
Any ideas?
