Permanently banned for 'cheating'

I received a permanent ban on Xbox One for 'cheating'. I don't willingly cheat, i play some games which are broken in terms of containing a lot of glitches but that is in no way my fault. I also never try to join modded lobbies. On Xbox 360, it can be hard
to avoid due to so many people using modified consoles, but as soon as i join the game i leave instantly. Can this ban be reviewed a second time?

Suspensions

I've been banned for "cheating" on an 6 year old game and have received 2 week bans twice in the last 3 months, am I going to get permanently banned for the next one!?

If the suspension is enforced toward your account you can check for further info here: https://enforcement.xbox.com/

If that is a device ban there is nothing else you can do.

I wasn’t putting it as a few complaints I just think more communication on the reason for the ban should be given as well because I am confused as to how I was cheating and I feel there should be a way to keep the games I paid for, but this only my opinion.

Unfortunately rules are rules and that's the way it is at the moment. I do think it should be like steam where your account is locked out of online features but can keep your games.

You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. If the enforcement team overturns there ban, then you would get the account back. Otherwise,
per the terms you agreed to, you forfeit anything on your account once you've been banned and there are no refunds for that content. If you're using a One and you had the console you use set as your Home console, you can continue to use the games on a new
account, but otherwise, you would have to repurchase everything on a new account.
