    I said something i probably shouldn't have but i only have two 12hr com bans on record one a year ago and one two years ago. I don't believe i should be permanently banned

    If you were permanently banned then you cannot do anything any account which receives a permanent suspension cannot appeal it or contact support regarding it.

    I contacted support yesterday and they told me to file a appeal. But like you said the enforcement page wont show anything. I cant even login to my account or anything on the xbox
