    Permanently Banned account


    My account was permanently banned while i was away for a week for "stealing accounts" and "phishing" but i have done nothing of the sought and when I appealed I got an email a day later about it saying that i was permanently banned for "multiple unauthorised sign in attempts" and it asked me to go and use a link if i think that was done when my account was not in my control but the link doesn't work and when i try to use customer support for verifying an account it just comes up with i am offline no matter which device i try it on. Is there anyway i can use that link to verify my account or is there other methods. I am very scared that i will lose my account that i have played for many years since day one xbox one and lose tens of thousands of hours on the games that i love to play

    Purchasing or selling accounts can get you permanently banned.
    Signing in to accounts that are not yours can get you permanently banned.
    Sharing sign in information for accounts can get you permanently banned.

    Also, if you've been given any "tips" that triggering a short-term ban of the account for offensive Bio content will somehow negate the account's permanent ban, you were told wrong. A permanent ban is permanent.

    Signing into accounts that you are not the owner of can lead to permanent bans for account theft/fraud. Even if you are given permission by the account owner, you can be banned permanently.

    Account permanent bans / Device are permanent no undo button or CTRL - Z. It is unfortunate there is 0% chance of the ban being lifted.
