Permanently banned account? Help!!!!

My son's Xbox live gold account must have been hacked/stolen by someone that got him permanently banned. We got onto his account via the website and made a review but the decision was upheld. Is there a person out there that can actually help? Customer service
says there's no phone number in XBLPET so no one to talk to? Can't someone check to see what console/IP address caused the issue? It's not fair for a kid to lose a ton of $$ (console, game, live account, extra digital purchases, custom handheld device, etc.)
not to mention a TON of time over almost 2 years of Xbox. Please does someone have a solution. If the account was hacked/stolen can't there be some way to get a new account and transfer account info? HELP!!

Oh, and today microsoft has cancelled his Microsoft account so he can't post in these forums... I had to create my own account just to post here. SMH

Acct Banned - questions

Yeah, if his account got banned, there is probably a good reason, unfortunately. This isn't an official Microsoft site, but if you call them, they should be able to help you. Hopefully it's a temporary ban and not a permanent ban. You can also call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. I hope this helps!

Unfortunately, if the decision was upheld by the XBLPET in a case review, that will be the final decision. The XBLPET are the only ones who could lift the suspension, and the case review process is the only way to contact them.

If you think the account was compromised, you'd need to open an unauthorized access investigation with the support team.

As noted in the code of conduct, upon receipt of a permanent suspension all content associated with the account is forfeited - they will not transfer it to another account.

Customer services can not help with accounts that have been suspended or banned permanently.

I am pretty sure that once an account has been permanently banned the associated gamertag is locked to it.
