Permanent Suspension

my account was perm banned due to claims of solicitation. This was setup by multiple people who are upset by the fact that I will not add them on my infamous gamertag. They send me messages that requires me to send a sum of money back, such as "how much
was your headset" then report that message for solicitation. I have also looked at my account history and noticed that someone with an American IP had access to my acc via xbox.com I am upset with how i've been treated by Enforcement and despite them upholding
my case review, this is not fair. I myself have done nothing wrong. I also want my gold membership refunded asap. GT - FaZe ObJay

Permanent suspension

Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.

The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.

You would need to go to the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB to see any enforcement action on your account & file for a case review if eligible.

You do not get banned/suspended if someone files false reports against you.In fact anyone abusing the reporting system risks being suspended themselves.

 

A perm ban is a serious matter and is issued only for egregious infractions of the Code of Conduct and the service rules. Since you already have filed for a case review and the verdict was upheld there is nothing else you can do at this point.

When a permanent account suspension is issued, XBLPET does not actively revoke an account's purchases or licenses or otherwise render existing content unplayable. Any content that has been downloaded and can be accessed without an internet connection
can continue to be used by the affected account offline.

However, once an account has been permanently suspended, it will not be able to re-download previous content or purchase new content. This is because a permanent suspension completely blocks the account from accessing the Xbox Live service. Any digital licenses
that are already downloaded remain intact, but keep in mind that any game titles or specific features that require online services will not be useable.

 

I only recently managed to remove a purchase lock that was on the account, after being told by an employee beforehand that there was nothing that could be done which is an example of the quality of work or lack thereof some employees have. The atitude shown
towards this account is and has been unfair as far back as I can remember. Someone in America had access to my account. I'm not completely sure if they still do but please fell free to check the history of IP addresses. If no further investigation is done
I want a refund on the 3 month membership I bought a week before it got banned or for the gamertag to be reset for me. I have not in any way tried to disrupt anyone's quality of service.
