hello ,my name is Tyler

My Xbox account KVFx has been permanently suspended for harassment and threats which I have not been involved with , my account is on 3 different Xbox ones and those are my friends consoles ,they have full access to my account and they have said to me they
where Messaging people and harrasing them.this has a caused my account to have a communication ban for 3 days and when I went to get on my xbox today it had said ive been permanently banned ,so I called xbox 3 times looking for solutions and they
said to file a case review however every time I try to do it the terms of use page will not let me select agree to the terms of use ,I've spent over $2000 on my account and have tried every thing to get me un baneed ,please help me out

Permanent suspension

Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.

The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.

You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer. Although they might just delete your thread and post a link like below.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

You would need to go to the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB to see any enforcement action on your account & file for a case review if eligible.

You do not get banned/suspended if someone files false reports against you.In fact anyone abusing the reporting system risks being suspended themselves.

Hi,

The Enforcement site is the only way to communicate with the concerned team and no one will be able to help you here, furthermore no matter if one of your friends was messing around using your profile as you are the owner and responsible of your profile.

It's most likely not permanent, but there is a suspension. There's an issue with the notification system showing everyone they have a permanent suspension.

If you have received a permanent suspension, it is the only enforcement action that you need to be concerned with. Permanent suspensions cannot be replaced/overturned/overridden by temporary suspensions.

Also it has been showing alot of people permanent suspension when in fact it is a shorter suspension. My account currently shows a permanent suspension but support told me it is a 1 week suspension.

All suspensions list information for what happens during a temporary suspension and during a permanent suspension. Since the suspension lists and end date, that means it's temporary. If it was permanent, the end date would be 12/31/9999
