    PERMANENT SUSPENSION


    I was playing last night and started getting trolled by another player who then joined my party and started trash talking me. After I kicked him out of the party he continued to message me and troll me in game. I messaged him something that was admittedly not within community guidelines however also did not expressly saying anything illicit or explicit. 5 minutes later I was forcibly logged out of my account and am not able to log back in. I received the same generic email stating enforcement action had been taken and that I could file an appeal on xbox enforcement however here we are almost 24 hours later and the site isn't even tracking an enforcement action giving me no way to appeal. I have had this account over 10 years and invested over $6000 in games. How can I get through to this company to at least lead me plead a case for a lighter action than permanent suspension?

    What does it mean to get permanently suspended

    It's most likely not permanent, but there is a suspension. There's an issue with the notification system showing everyone they have a permanent suspension.

    If you have received a permanent suspension, it is the only enforcement action that you need to be concerned with. Permanent suspensions cannot be replaced/overturned/overridden by temporary suspensions.

    Also it has been showing alot of people permanent suspension when in fact it is a shorter suspension. My account currently shows a permanent suspension but support told me it is a 1 week suspension.

    Clarification on ban

    All suspensions list information for what happens during a temporary suspension and during a permanent suspension. Since the suspension lists and end date, that means it's temporary. If it was permanent, the end date would be 12/31/9999
