Permanent suspension

I need help. It's been 4 days now since our familys account has been permanently suspended for marketplace theft. As we didn't know what is this even, we field a case at the enforcement site, and told them as if its the errors that we already opened a case
at the support(we were'able to use our sims as payments instruments anymore). We got the answer that Me(As one person using the xbox) must have stolen the phone informations from others via Looking for Groups(???) . And that was the marketplace theft. Me,
by boyfriend and his parents earn our salary in cash, and as a playing family we used our phones. It can be checked easily in the billing history of the account that we used the same 4 phones for two 1 and a half years now. We have all the evidences, bills,
verification codes, and photo of these on OUR phones (the recieved text messages ). But since we already filed a review, and its uphold, noone cares about It, not the chat Support, nor the phone center, nor the MICROSOFT ITSELF, as we were promised to get
a call from a senior engeneer, and instead we got an e-mail from the costumers service Say ing they Decided to close the case. What can we do now? It's disgusting how they won't let us proove that we are right and these are false claimes!

Permanent suspension

Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.

The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.



You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer. Although they might just delete your thread and post a link like below.

https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB to see any enforcement action on your account & file for a case review if eligible.

You do not get banned/suspended if someone files false reports against you.In fact anyone abusing the reporting system risks being suspended themselves.
