Permanent Suspension (XBLPET)

Someone please help me

My old account (Dingding96) has been Perma banned for "Tampering with your avatar"

The reasoning behind this?

I assume it's because my avatar is wearing an outfit that I bought from the avatar marketplace a few years ago, that is no longer being sold (Ulquiorra from Bleach)

What the actual f*** Microsoft? You banned me because I bought something that you've since removed... A-Grade Enforcement team you have there

Looks to me like they gave you the same reason in both posts.

The enforcement team do not use the forums. You would need to submit a case review at
http://enforcement.xbox.com You would not be banned for using an outfit bought from the marketplace.

 

I don't care if they use it or not, i want someone important to see that there was a mistake.

And the reasoning behind the ban was, again, Tampering with my avatar (which I have not done)

I went back and checked my avatar, offline, on my own and a friends xbox. every feature can be selected normally, even on xbox.com, EXCEPT for the Ulquiorra outfit, which has disappeared from the marketplace.

To be honest, if I was banned for something else, something legitimate, that would be fine. I haven't done anything, but if there was a proper reason that would be fine, but because it was from "Tampering with your avatar" when I haven't done it, I'm pretty
*** upset.

Also, I filed for a case review and the decision was upheld, that's why I'm here. 1 last attempt at trying to get this mistake fixed

 

The enforcement team are the only ones who can do anything about a ban and if they upheld your ban, then there is nothing else that can be done.

 

Well then, they're a bunch of a*sholes who banned someone who's done nothing wrong
