Permanent Suspension Unable To Submit Case Review

looks like someone else might have been using the account, has your child tried gamesharing, lots of kids do this and deny, this is where they give their credentials to someone else to share games.

this is the biggest reason of compromised accounts, it could also be a reason why someone has already tried submitting a case review as upheld means one has been submitted.

once upheld then thats it, if a perm ban you lose everything, all games and gold.

I am not sure but I do remember talk about game sharing. If this did happen, we basically lost everything since we bought the xbox years ago?! That doesn't seem right. I am shocked there isn't a more personal way to deal with this type of situation.

As I mentioned, there is a device linked to his xbox act that I dont recognize at all...starts with 69 and ends with a 69 so thats why I said maybe a gamer tag. I cant get rid of it either!

Hopefully they revisit the way Xbox bans or suspends people, its unreasonable not to have a more open line of communication.

Hi, I have submitted a case review hence why I mentioned that after submitting the review it now says "not approved" on the right of where the permanent suspension information is on the enforcement history. I don't know if that means my permanent suspension is not approved or?

There is an issue with suspension notifications telling everyone they have been permanently banned when they're not. So it most likely isn't a permanent suspension. Unfortunately, there is also an issue with the enforcement site not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to submit a case review at the moment. Until that's fixed, there's no way to find out information about the suspension or submit a review.

The only way a suspension is removed is if you submit a case review and the enforcement team lifts the suspension. Otherwise they remain on your history permanently.
