    Permanent Suspension - Lost all games too


    Hi, I have been Permanently suspended, however this is not the issue, I had my Home Console set as a friends console which I have managed to remove through my Microsoft account what was linked but I am unable to add My Home Xbox again therefor loosing all
    my games Permanent Suspension - Lost all games too :( I had around 35 Games. The Xbox serial I am wanting to be my home Xbox is
    [MOD REMOVED] I'm not asking to be un suspended as there is a reason and I respect that however I am wanting to be able to retrieve my games back on the Console I was playing on. The suspended Account was Xeon Bubbles (Email is [MOD REMOVED])
    You will be able to see all my purchases was made through my account and that I have ownership of the games. I really am disheartened to have lost all them games. Obviously I cannot connect to live services on the account so I cannot make this my Home Xbox
    this is why I thought I would post here hopefully for a resolution and support told me to contact you guys Via the forum.

    I really hope there is something that you can consider that can be done.

    if you loss access to the account you bought the games on you cannot get them back. If you lost access due to forgetting details i would recommend resetting security details. If you lost your account through a permanent suspension then you have lost all
    the games that you bought with that account.

    Xbox account suspension for refunding

    If the suspension is permanent for Marketplace Theft, which is what excessive refunds are, then all content is lost. If it is a week or 2 week suspension then the content on your account will be accessible after the suspension is over.

    nope there is no changing home console if you are permanently banned you shouldn't have done something like that the home console is really meant for family

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

    Case Review
    . 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
    that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

    One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

    If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

    , however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

    Code of Conduct
    , which you should review prior to filing the review. If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

    That being said, if your account is permanently suspended, it will not be able to access Xbox Live and thus, be unable to change home console associations. You'll need to try for a Case Review and pending that outcome either change the home console back,
    or have to start another account.

    Unfortunately no. Permanent suspensions are eligible for a case review, provided the suspension was issued in the last 12 months. So, any suspension issued before 26 November 2017 is no longer eligible for review after today.

    Permanent suspensions are not handed out lightly. They have significant evidence of a major infraction of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct and/or Microsoft Services Agreement. In such cases, all content associated with that account is lost.
