Permanent suspension case review not working

I was permanently suspended from xbox live and I cannot submit my case on the xbox enforcement page because when I type in my case notes and click submit I get an error saying the website is having technical problems and to try again later. This is the fifth
day of it not working and I have tried many things like switching browsers, waiting, trying my phone or a different computer but it hasn't worked. What can I do now seeing I have no way of trying to get my account back?

Remove permanent ban from my console

Only the enforcement team handles bans/suspensions and the only way to reach them is by filing for a case review.

Console bans are not eligible for case review. Permanent console bans are just that. Permanent.

 

Case Review Regarding Permanent Suspension

The enforcement team does not use the forums and since the ban was issued over 12 months ago it is no longer eligible for a case review. When you are banned, you forfeit anything remaining on the account so there is no way for anything to be transferred
from the banned account.

 

Chances are that account is gone I wouldn't bother you can keep trying but most of the time they won't relift it
