Permanent suspension but no active suspensions, and enforcement said it was temporary

Hi,

I received a 3 day communications suspension on January 5th, logged into enforcement and it said that's all it was nothing else. But when I tried to log in on my xbox or xbox.com it says permanently suspended. Enforcement got back to me on my case review and said it was a bug and actually tried to help me out by approving the case review but that did not work. I noticed other people were having the same bug happen and they said just wait the time and I so I did. It has now been about 2 days since it was over and I have no active suspension and still cannot get into my account. Its also not a console ban ive been able to use my console to play still. Anyone have any ideas on what to do?

Hello dude,

I'm having exactly the same issue. I turned on my xbox and I couldn't get logged in cause I received a "permanent suspension" but enforcement said I received a comm suspension on Jan 5th and it ended on Jan 8th and now my enforcement page says "You're doing great your record is clean" but when I still try to log in to my account on my xbox it says that my account has a permanent suspension. I've been trying since last week to know what is really happening chatting with other gamers and agents but they don't have the answer. I also tried to do a review in my entire case last Sunday but I'm still waiting for a response. Please let me know how your case is going. I'm frustrated because of that situation.

Ive got nothing man, I have responded to their emails from the car review and its been days since I got a response. I even went to an old suspension and submitted feedback but I really just said hey I don't know how to contact you but here's what's going on and they said there are no suspensions so I have no clue what to do at this point.

If you have received a permanent suspension, it is the only enforcement action that you need to be concerned with. Permanent suspensions cannot be replaced/overturned/overridden by temporary suspensions.

If you said the word, then you can get a suspension for it. Whether or not it would be temporary or permanent would be up to the enforcement team. Typically it would be temporary unless you have a history of suspensions. In situations like that, it's best to just report and block.
