Permanent Suspension Appeal

Good day,

I am writing to appeal my current Xbox Live permanent suspension due to a conversation report by gamer, [MOD Removed - Please see

. This gamer direct messaged me in a form of harassment/bullying by stating, "you suck. stay out of chopper". My return response was irrelevant to what the gamer had stated to me. My
question in return was, "u like ****?". Due to a comma not being after the word, "like", I was not harassing this player in any way, shape or form. I believe this was not comprehended correctly upon the review when

Forum Guidelines] reported the message. Please be advised, I spend a lot of money on the Xbox Store for DLC and I would like to continue my gaming experience and business relationship under the same account.

As dave said,there are no appeals against a permanent ban/suspension so who ever you spoke to has given you the wrong information.

Permanent suspensions are permanent even after you lose your security to another user(s).

All information is at enforcement.xbox.com/ you'll either have the option to appeal it or it'll be greyed out. If it is greyed out there isn't anything you can do.

 

The XBLPET doesn't uses the forums so no one here can help you with a suspension issue.

As M3tal Daz3 mentioned. The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
Code of Conduct or
Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.
