Permanent Suspension After 10 Years

Good afternoon. I am a loyal 10+ year customer on my profile, i. I have thousands of dollars spent. I recently have been permanently suspended from Xbox Live. If there is anyone from the enforcement team here that is willing to talk with me, I would
greatly appreciate it. I am willing to do whatever it takes, serve any punishment other than this. You can permanently suspend me from communication if that's what it takes. Please work with me give me one more chance. Reply here, email me at [mod

i was suving a communication suspension so how did i get a Permanent suspension

You would want to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if you can check the length of your suspension. You are correct that there are more than just 14 day suspensions. Severe actions or multiple suspensions
can result in a permanent suspension. However, if it's been 2 years and you are on a permanent suspension, it would no longer be possible to submit a case review for the suspension.

I'm sorry, but there is absolutely no way you can get the account back. Your chance to review the suspension ended sometime in 2015, one year after the permanent suspension was handed down in 2014.

Well a permanent suspension is to the year 9999 so it depends on what way you look at it.

I appealed the ban but it was 2016 there was no option to remove or reduce a suspension you just had to present your best case and go from there but sadly I was a dumb 14 year old kid who couldn't eloquently explain why the suspension was harsh but rather was rageful in my reaction to being permanently suspended. I wish and would recommend to Xbox to implement a feature in enforcement where you could reappeal a multi-year or permanent suspension once a year depending on the offence committed.
