Permanent mute?

I got on my Xbox today and I can’t I mute my friends. They are not blocked and I can hear everyone else but they are permanently muted it seems

Am I the only one with this issue?

Any help would be great

There are 2 types of enforcement actions

1. Profile level- means no matter what console the profile is on that profile itself has lost those privileges.

2. Console level- that means no matter what profile is signed into the console they are not able to use the privilege.

so if no profile on the console can use communications then it sounds like your console is suspended.

there is no case review for console bans.

if you get ahold of xbox support they may be able to tell you how long the console suspension is for.

I was playing fortnite with my friend when i get killed by 2 guys and they start teabagging me and dancing on my body. My friend comes over and kills them both so i sent one of them a message saying “KARMA BITCH”. I then got banned until November 20. It
is November 22nd and im still banned. Whenever i log in it says “text and voice communications are limited because of a recent suspension”and this is for every account on my xbox.Please HELP!
