Permanent Cheating Ban

Hey all, I'm asking this question from a separate account as it wouldn't let me sign in.

So yes, I have been permanently banned, but im really upset because all the games i bought are gone and cant be played anymore (Over $1,000.00 Worth).

I am really upset and was wondering if there was anyway for Microsoft to either refund my money or transfer the licenses to a new account, or get them back in anyway. I come from a poor family and its like everything was taken away - boom. All support appreciated,
I am very upset.

If the suspension is enforced toward your account you can check for further info here: https://enforcement.xbox.com/

If that is a device ban there is nothing else you can do.

I wasn’t putting it as a few complaints I just think more communication on the reason for the ban should be given as well because I am confused as to how I was cheating and I feel there should be a way to keep the games I paid for, but this only my opinion.

Unfortunately rules are rules and that's the way it is at the moment. I do think it should be like steam where your account is locked out of online features but can keep your games.

You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. If the enforcement team overturns there ban, then you would get the account back. Otherwise,
per the terms you agreed to, you forfeit anything on your account once you've been banned and there are no refunds for that content. If you're using a One and you had the console you use set as your Home console, you can continue to use the games on a new
account, but otherwise, you would have to repurchase everything on a new account.
