    This is actually sad when all these people saying xbox does not give out perm bans for no reason, then explain this, there are so many people perm banned for either nothing or something that a actual child could only
    take offense too like beefing with another player just for them to hit report even if they started it and boom your banned. No matter how much money you put into your account its gone and has sent me and a bunch of other players into a sort of depression.
    Xbox is too soft and doesn’t realize these bans arent making it safer online and stuff its making more people hate your company cause you robbed them of there money and do nothing about it, only few get unbanned the rest of us feel like were getting looked
    at like a joke. Actually sad for a billion dollar company

    Hey there! You seem to be misunderstanding somethings. As my fellow Ambassadors, who are not paid staff and do not work at Microsoft have said the only way to get a permaban is by extremely going beyond the ToS, CoC, and Community Standards. The wave of
    suspensions very well could have been caused by a back up in the system. Also, suspensions don't always happen instantly, they can take weeks before the offending player is given an enforcement action. The only other thing we can do is post the link to the
    Enforcement site, which is what I've done below.
