    Permanent banning


    Hello, I have been permanently banned since 2 days. I would like to know how to make an assessment because it is impossible, when I go on Xbox enforcement I have an infinite loading so impossible to see my ban, very sad to lose everything, the Xbox represents a lot for me in my life. Helping me and enlightening me, the technical support confirmed my permanent ban but strangely there is no reason, on my side I have an unavailability so to see it, I was also ambassador of level 4

    Sorry again for my rather poor English, because I'm French

    I don't know if posting pictures could get me in trouble, so I won't do it, I lost a library of 700 dematerialized games, it's pretty depressing, even if with my friend we had spread the licenses on several accounts for gamerscore games lol

    Purchasing or selling accounts can get you permanently banned.
    Signing in to accounts that are not yours can get you permanently banned.
    Sharing sign in information for accounts can get you permanently banned.

    Also, if you've been given any "tips" that triggering a short-term ban of the account for offensive Bio content will somehow negate the account's permanent ban, you were told wrong. A permanent ban is permanent.
