    Hi my name is Alan and I have had my Xbox one from the first day it came out. I am here because yesterday I came home and when I tried to sign in, I was given a message that I had been banned for cheating which I have never tried or even thought about on
    Xbox. To be honest I didn't think it was possible to cheat on Xbox I only thought you could do that on Pc. But a couple days ago I was in a party with this other person named [mod removed] on Xbox. He ended up getting mad and he came to the conclusion that
    he would have me permanently banned for cheating since he was angry that I was beating him in a online game. This person named [mod removed] has been permanently banned multiple times for being toxic in messages so he wanted me to have the same pain that
    he went through all because he was loosing. He even said he had paid a guy to get me permanently banned. I didn't think anything of it until yesterday when I got permanently banned and I couldn't believe it. So all I'm asking is that if Xbox can unban me
    because I was banned for a false reason through a third party. So please Xbox I even bought a new game and I can't even click on it because I bought it digitally. You guys banned the wrong person I did nothing wrong and I definitely didn't cheat I play every
    game fairly and have never attempted to cheat. I am a good customer I have at least spent over $10,000 while being on your platform so please don't take this all over someone's else mistake Please. I just want to be given an explanation to how I got banned
    because it wasn't me that was cheating and no one else has my account. Help me please.

    but it was accidental, and it doesn't effect anyones gaming experience surely? don't feel it should be permanently banned.

    Actually this is someone I know personally and I have known him for multiple years but our friendship has been tested over the years so we slowly have drawn away from each other and he was mad that I blocked him because he was getting mad while I was killing
    and I wouldn't unblock him. So next time know the full story before you try and dip in with negativity.

    Ok so the best thing would be to go to the link listed above. That site who who controls the bans and suspensions. No matter what ANYONE tells you they cant get you banned. Everyones account is looked at on a case by case basics and a decision is made
    biased off of proof! Please log into that enforcement site with your info and make sure you read the whole site in its interity. ITs very helpful and useful information there. You'll also be able to see if you are given an option to appeal your ban if available.
