Permanent ban

    Permanent ban


    So my account got banned bc of my friends anger management issues. I went on vacation and when I did i let him use my account which is KINGXXRAINN. When i came back from vacation it said I was permanently banned from Xbox live. This is to the enforcement
    team is there anyway u can take off this perma ban. Please tht would be awesome. I went through and showed my friend the code of conduct and y i got banned. Yes I do get mad at ppl and say some stuff but I don't cuss or anything like tht lol. Every true gamer

    Help with permanent ban on main account

    Also, if you've been given any "tips" that triggering a short-term ban of the account for offensive Bio content will somehow negate the account's permanent ban, you were told wrong. A permanent ban is permanent.

    Today i received an email that my account from permanently banned. I went onto the link that they posted and it turns out i got banned for soliciting etc. I submitted a case review and went looking for more information. Most suspensions/bans are 1,7, or 14 days and my type of suspension followed under that list but then it said something about if the action was egregious or excessive bans, it could lead to a permanent one. In my case i tried selling my og gamertag, the guy messaged me about it, i told him how much and what payment. He declined, i said ok, and then we didn't message again AND no personal info was transferred, so in my defense it was not egregious. I have only had 2 ENFORCEMENTS, a good reputation, and no consecutive or reappearing issues. I do not think that deserves a permanent ban from all my years of gaming and achievement i have earned. There is clearly a flaw in the system.

    Permanent ban

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    You can go to the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB     & file for a case review if eligible.

    You are responsible for your account & everything that happens on it & you shouldn't be letting people use your account anyway.

    Purchasing or selling accounts can get you permanently banned.
    Signing in to accounts that are not yours can get you permanently banned.
    Sharing sign in information for accounts can get you permanently banned.

    Permanent bans are not issued lightly. If you've had multiple suspension in the past, that can lead to a permanent ban.
