    My account has been permanently banned but I have no idea why. It said I violated community standards, but I have not done anything. I haven’t gotten into arguments or anything. I’ve had my account 14 years and my gamerscore is over 170k so I don’t want to lose it. I worked hard on a lot of those achievements. WhT do I do as I’m really upset

    Purchasing or selling accounts can get you permanently banned.
    Signing in to accounts that are not yours can get you permanently banned.
    Sharing sign in information for accounts can get you permanently banned.

    Also, if you've been given any "tips" that triggering a short-term ban of the account for offensive Bio content will somehow negate the account's permanent ban, you were told wrong. A permanent ban is permanent.
