    I got Permanently banned in 2016 for cheating ok. I never cheated my account got hacked and next thing I know I lost all my money games etc.. I filed a case review and it's like nobody even read it. Which is some serious stuff. Because I'm losing my money!
    I will give my information for that account so it can get fixed because this is not fair to me or anybody whose been hacked and permanently banned please fix

    Also, if you've been given any "tips" that triggering a short-term ban of the account for offensive Bio content will somehow negate the account's permanent ban, you were told wrong. A permanent ban is permanent.

    Today i received an email that my account from permanently banned. I went onto the link that they posted and it turns out i got banned for soliciting etc. I submitted a case review and went looking for more information. Most suspensions/bans are 1,7, or 14 days and my type of suspension followed under that list but then it said something about if the action was egregious or excessive bans, it could lead to a permanent one. In my case i tried selling my og gamertag, the guy messaged me about it, i told him how much and what payment. He declined, i said ok, and then we didn't message again AND no personal info was transferred, so in my defense it was not egregious. I have only had 2 ENFORCEMENTS, a good reputation, and no consecutive or reappearing issues. I do not think that deserves a permanent ban from all my years of gaming and achievement i have earned. There is clearly a flaw in the system.

    Unfortunately there is nothing else that can be done. If you already submitted a case review and the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

    Even with an unauthorized access investigation, it does not guarantee that the ban will be lifted.

    Like I'm in a match right now on xbox one and this guy really is cheating and he still playing like seriously I never cheat I'll even give his gamer tag to you - LIMBACH

    Why isn't he banned. get my account unbanned

    File a complaint on him and the enforcement team will investigate him and take the appropriate action. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    well if you all would design it better. You wouldn't have angry customers like myself can I at least get my money back in some way

    For refunds you would have to contact support and speak to billing, although since this happened so long ago, there are no guarantees. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    Purchasing or selling accounts can get you permanently banned.
    Signing in to accounts that are not yours can get you permanently banned.
    Sharing sign in information for accounts can get you permanently banned.

    Permanent bans are not issued lightly. If you've had multiple suspension in the past, that can lead to a permanent ban.
