    Hello,

    We have an Xbox under my Microsoft account. Last week we were permanently banned with no information provided other than "You violated something".

    I am blocked from the Xbox to see the chat history and also can no longer use outlook with this account.

    We would really like to know what happened not just the result.

    Is there a way to see the actual offensive statement or action?

    Hello Anna, sorry to hear you're account has been banned.

    Unfortunately we are unable to help with enforcement issues. You would have been sent a message to the email associated with your account that gives more info on the suspension though. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders just in case.

    You can also log in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to see the reason and duration of the action as well as open a case review with the PET if available.

    Please note that a case review is only available for suspensions longer than 24 hours and the PET can take up to 48 hours to respond.

    Multiple suspensions will eventually lead to a permanent ban.
    Is there anyway i can be shown what i've done wrong? i'm beyond confused at what i've done to deserve a permanent ban? i understand that multiple bans will lead to a permanent one, but the multiple bans for harassment and communication haven't been explained
    to me? as i said before there is only 1 time i can see what i've done has caused someone to report me for communications never can i justify the harassment bans let alone actually be banned for them? any help would be appreciated to just see what i've done
    wrong.

    As dave said,there are no appeals against a permanent ban/suspension so who ever you spoke to has given you the wrong information.
