Permanent ban unfairly

my account got unfairly banned. I played cod ghosts for 96 days pristige master on all CODS all season passes bought.... and just because i was good at playing people reported me for RANDOM reasons.... im deeply upset about this because i spent over 1000
of my hard earned money i am not a violent person nor the one to harras people on game... xbox supports the one who violates the reporting system....... i tryed a case review and yet again had NO chance.

URGENT, Misuse of enforcement team power

When you violate the Code of Conduct/Terms of Use and get caught...you're issued a ban. If this is a permanent ban...you forfeit all remaining Gold and paid Marketplace content. You will not be given a fresh 12 month code. They do not unfairly ban anyone.
They have very valid reasons as to why you've been banned.

Unfairly ban

You don't get banned for "no reason".

Any report is thoroughly investigated first before any action is taken.

Read the email you were sent or go to the enforcement site
here to find out the reason.

I do feel that even though the suspension would have lifted before it was reviewed, the fact that any enforcement action has a permanent effect on your Xbox Live account means that it should be possible to ask for a review for all enforcement actions.

I agree even short bans should have appeal option, not to stop the ban happening due to time periods that's impossible, but if someone gets reported again but the first ban was wrong wouldnt the next action be harsher and therefore unfairly applied?

On August 2nd my xbox live account received a 14 day suspension, it has been 14 days 5 hours since the suspension. I am still unable to sign in to my account it still says my account is permanently suspended. it was a permanent suspension for a
first offense of the subject that i was accused of and was overturned to a 14 day suspension.

So unfortunately if you have a permanent ban there is nothing that can be done on forms if you feel you were treated unfairly in terms of the ban. You can submit a case to be reviewed by the enforcement team. But I'm pretty sure that three offences is a
permanent ban I'm sorry but that's just how it is
