Permanent Ban to my xbox account

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

Yeah, if his account got banned, there is probably a good reason, unfortunately. This isn't an official Microsoft site, but if you call them, they should be able to help you. Hopefully it's a temporary ban and not a permanent ban. You can also call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. I hope this helps!

 

Hello, unfortunately there isn't anything more that can be done to resolve the account ban, from the looks up the status report. If your console is not banned you can start a new account but I would recommend reading over the Xbox Live Code of Conduct,
and Terms of Service, before making a new gamertag.

I checked your other thread that you posted, and I would suggest to wait for an official agent from the XBLPET enforcement team to get back to you with a valid response regarding your account status.

 

basically when i had checked the account this afternoon i noticed that it said the report had been overturned meaning that they had unsuspended the account. Then when i posted the picture it even gave the reason why they had which they had mentioned that
one of the enforcement agents had got it totally wrong and when the account shouldn't of been banned so that's why i have made the posts that i have because when your like myself and youve put a lot of money in to the console, games and time which is many
years and which to in it is upsetting when an someone in that position of enforcement is getting it wrong then it should be unbanned and pasted on to further notice.

 

so what do i do in order to get my account unbanned?

Enforcement Page to check the code of conduct and/or file a complaint. Otherwise, please wait for that team to respond back in order to move forward.
You can also check your Case Review status at any time by visiting your Enforcement History or Case Review History.

Only the enforcement team have the power to unsuspend someone. I have seen more than one post regarding the issue of the account not being unsuspended but unfortunately there is nothing that can be done on our behalf.

 

If the account was truly overturned and the photo was not altered by any means the XBLPET would have given access back to you on your account. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
