Permanent Ban/Suspension Support Appeal 3 months

Hello and thank you for any support I may receive. My XBL account was Permanently Banned a little over 3 months ago. And over the course of these few months i've had away from gaming I wanted to know if there was anyway to appeal the ban and show a change
in my previous behaviors. I have not used xbox services personally since the ban and would like to play with old friends and renew services while showing a change from my previous actions. At this point I can no longer File for a case review ( likely because
it is so old ) but if i could get support or discuss this issue with someone in the community i would gladly go over any information, thank you for your time. Hopeful for a reply!

As dave said,there are no appeals against a permanent ban/suspension so who ever you spoke to has given you the wrong information.

 

Permanent Suspension Appeal

Hey there iHarz1,

As M3tal Daz3 mentioned. The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
Code of Conduct or
Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

fyi it is a year before you can't suspension appeal

The issue isn't the length of time you waited to appeal

Perm suspensions cannot be appealed

You would've had to done something so bad or didn't listen to the first few times they suspended you that they got tired of repeat suspensions for the same thing
