Permanent Ban on Childs Account - No Contact with Enforcement Team

Can someone from the Enforcement Team provide some contact with me so that I can know why my 8 year old was banned? I have made attempts through many channels and have posted to the forum previously only to notice my message was deleted. I am not able to
access any games that were purchased on the profile and to not be giving a valid viable reason for a permanent suspension I believe that is a bit extreme. I have spent hard earned money purchasing items on Xbox Live and to not be able to access them due to
a generic unsupported charge I think that is a complete rip off. When taking money from people you need to provide details as to why they will never see $100s that they have spent and when dealing with an 8 year old you should speak with their parents since
common sense would tell you that they don't purchase the items themselves.

I would like a transcript of when the incident occurred including date and time and what occurred. Please contact me the child's account is typeddruid7790.

I have went to the BBB and I do see this is an issue for multiple people as Microsoft has a 97% negative review.

PLEASE, I NEED HELP!!

Hey please help me, I have never begged for anything before.My Xbox account has been Permanently Suspended and I need to somehow get in contact with the Enforcement Team, I have already done a case review and that was before I found out why I got banned. Now that I know why I've been banned I would be the happiest person on the face of this planet if I can do another case review. Please Help this get out there to get my account back. I am not a rich person and certainly don't have any money on me, I have spent over 1000 dollars on my account and had it for over 5 years, and would love to at least get a second chance at doing a case review or getting in contact with the Enforcement Team.Good luck out there and do not get your account banned, it is seriously the worst thing ever to happen to a gamer, especially if you buy digital games and spend money on your account. The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.
