    PERMANENT BAN for first time chat offense in 8years???


    Come home from work today to a permanent banned message. Long story short son's friend on my account used bad word on chat. I understand that is against xbox box code. But why wouldn't my account get a chat ban? I've spent thousands with Microsoft and they have no way to talk to someone about this. Crazy to me. I will be taking my 4 accounts and money to Sony. If this not resolved fast. They can take chat from account for ever for all I care but my madden and live for one time. Anyone no what's going on or if this makes since. Thanks. Just a old man trying to relax and now can't lol.

    What's great is they check the website bit website to see what u did and the length of punishment isn't working. But da* if the button to kick u off live is. I bet they get people's money if due during all this also.

    I’ve heard PlayStation won’t let you use a word they think is a curse or slag word. Sort of like GTA if you try and be derogatory it just won’t send it. So there is no room for a mistake to be made. Microsoft could do that too but... here we are.

    And yes I agree , the modders and griefers never get hit with anything. Just the good players that do 1 thing wrong and can’t enjoy playing especially now these days.
