    Permanent ban devince and accoun Help please


    My boy has just received a permanent ban message. I'm going to http://enforcement.xbox.com,

    I ask for an opinion and the answer does not suit me. Forbid a console for a picture ??? I would like to have a discussion with a responsible person please.

    The box is closed and I can not write a new message.

    Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.
