Permanent account suspention for something that should of been temporary

hello i have recieved a permanent account suspention today on my gamertag x, i'm here too dispute this case i feel myself that it was unfair

i've been playing xbox for over 6+ years with that gamertag i've never tried cheating/modding anything of the sort. I have always enjoyed the experiance on my xbox

thats why ive always played since the first xbox then 360 and then moving onto the xbox one, i have always been

a dedicated gamer with microsoft and i would not consindered myself a trash talker as i've never gone out my way to be horrible to somebody,

i can accept that i said one insult to the player in question but the reason i sent it was because on destiny the player was trash talking and agrovating

me aswell other players, he got angry because i was using a certain gun on the game. when i sent the message it wasn't as if i was threating him i was

simply provoked and it was just over the fact he was agrovating me aswell as other players.

After we argued very briefly he told me to enjoy my permanent bann which i got 30 minuites after the message. I find it odd the player

said this then i received a permanent suspention? because i've never heard of someone getting banned so fast

just for a message swearing at somebody because that's very minor compared to what other people actually get banned for and i think that's a little harsh

as i've been gaming on my gamertag for so many years and to get it suspended over such a small incident i would find it very upsetting and i wouldn't want to

lose all the progress i've made on it over the years and all the money i've spent on my gamertag in the past year that i wouldn't be able to get back

ive had people randomly report me and send me horrible messages and told me to get cancer just for being good at the game and i would still see them in the game a few days after reporting them. I feel like he abused the report system to report me because even
at 9am when i got the permanent suspention a few hours later i then got another communication report even though i wasn't online at the time saying i've been suspended for a few weeks which i could imagine would be fair but then to get a actual ban would be
insane.

I feel as if i got a permnant suspention for something that should of been a tempory suspetion because

i got in touch with the xbox support and even they said they feel as if it's very strange for me to get the punishment i did for something so little, even

one of the supervisers wanted to call me back to find out more about the situation as he has never heard of something like it before and found it very odd and told

me to check fourms and write a letter to hq etc. After i got the second suspention even though i wasn't online at the time it said it was for one day but

the people i spoke too on xbox support said it then changed too two weeks? So it seems like something has glitched or the player abused the report system, i

appealed for the permanent suspention and got little to nothing information on why it happened or not being able to explain the situation fully as i could only write 500 characters which is near to nothing.

I also got a report for having having where i live in my bio, i'm from essex and apparently i got reported for having that in my bio? But i still wasn't able to appeal a review over that. Over the past years of playing i've only ever had one other incident
of being suspended

back in 2012 for sticking up for myself in game chat in call of duty for somebody trying to mock me and obviously i stuck up for myself but all the people in the game who were in a team just reported me anyway and made me out to be in the wrong when i wasn't.
I'm just writeing to get some kind of evidence on to what actually happened and why i got a extra report even though i wasn't online at the time because i feel it's unfair and that it is very weird of

the person who reported me then said i would get banned and shortly after i did. i don't want to lose my progress of what i've done over the years and i wouldn't

want to change to a different platform of gaming as i have always liked gaming with xbox, but there is no way i would be willing to start over again after all

Account suspension help

But I got two types of suspensions, a temporary and a permanent it says. The temporary ends tomorrow, that's the date at the end of the message.

 

I've been banned and don't understand

I forgot to leave this info out in the other forum and wanted to add that I have been hacked in the past, I think that might be why I got banned for no reason.. I am kind of upset because I put so much money into this account and i get a permanent suspention?
