I am contacting you regarding a permanent ban from my profile-"Takuriio",

I would like to inform you that I had a good reputation, as well as I appreciate the xbox live features that I do not have access currently, for this please kindly consider my request to cancel this super-charged while if such a respect the code of conduct
microsoft.

Every Xbox Support was telling me to create a post so I do then I must to wait about 2 days before Xbox Enforcement reply me.

They have given you the wrong information,which is something they quite often do.

The enforcement team stopped using the forums last year.

Going to the enforcement site I linked & filing for a case review is the only way to contact them.

No one from the enforcement team will reply to you on the forums.

 

Enforcement team is useless.
