Permanent account suspension

Xbox live,

Today I learned that I was suspended permanently on my main account Aldomy and I would like to recover this one. I am the owner of the account and it was banned for harassment by communication. I would like to get back the account because it is my little
brother who did not respected the laws of Xbox Live because he is young. He is not aware of the magnitude of what he is saying to other Xbox Live players. I quote that my reputation on Xbox is excellent. I am always respectful to other players. I have always
been extremely loyal to Xbox and I would be indefinitely. It would be a pity to lose my account with all that I have accumulated during these years for the unconsciousness of my younger brother.

Smwutches ,the Enforcement team does not let me make a case review. I am really disapointed. How can i contact them now?

 

if it's been over a year since the ban there is no appeal

And no you are responsible for your account at all times
