The Enforcement team doesn't check these forums and we aren't able to assist with Enforcement actions. For information on suspensions head over to
Enforcement.xbox.com where you can submit a case review if your account is eligible.

Support have given you the wrong information & posting reference numbers is not allowed on the forums.

You would need to go to the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/home where you can file for a case review if eligible.

 

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else they can do.
