Permanent Account Suspension Recovery

Good evening, I come to you as my username AKOTATA, my account recently was permanently banned however I am not sure what I could’ve done, I hadn’t been playing any online games I just had been playing doom(was excited to play dark ages), ufc 5 (not even multiplayer) and other games along those lines. I woke up one day to see I got a permanent suspension, I hadn’t had any previous strikes. And when I looked it said no details on why. I sent an appeal however I haven’t gotten any responses. And when I try and and check all I get is a “sorry we can’t get notifications right now. Try again later.” I just would really like to get my account back I have had it since I was 7 years old and it holds a lot of memories and games I spent my life on so please I am desperate to get it back

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and they do not use the forums. Submitting an appeals is the only possible way to have a ban lifted so all you can do is wait for a response from that. In some cases they do send emails about it so make sure to also check your email.

Also it has been showing alot of people permanent suspension when in fact it is a shorter suspension. My account currently shows a permanent suspension but support told me it is a 1 week suspension.

I’m unable to sign into on the Xbox contact us website, Xbox app, and on console. I have filed for all three accounts, my info was verified on two, one including this account, but my account is still permanently Banned, and I’m pretty damn sure the permanent ban is the direct result of me filing for its recovery, so I just don’t trust the enforcement team anymore. As when an account is banned, they completely disregard your correct console info, place of residence, etc. if it has a ban on it, they’ll deny the case, or say that they can’t recover it because of the TOS violation, meanwhile I still have no freakin clue why my accounts have suspensions, Let Alone PERMANENT suspensions. Like man what the actual, what is going on.

Logging in to accounts that you o not own can lead to a permanent suspension even if it is done with permission of the account owner. Giving out your account details can also lead to permanent suspensions. These are both against the TOS.
