Permanent Account Ban

There should never be a permanent ban due to communication. And never should a ban result in loss of property that was previously paid for. That is theft, to take something away that had been paid for. When someone buys something that seller can't take it
back when a customer is rude to another customer. Because that would be called theft. So why is Xbox above the law? This is poor customer treatment and grounds for a lawsuit. All I want is my account and digital property back.

Yeah, if his account got banned, there is probably a good reason, unfortunately. This isn't an official Microsoft site, but if you call them, they should be able to help you. Hopefully it's a temporary ban and not a permanent ban. You can also call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. I hope this helps!

 

Massive issue with the Xbox enforcement team

So, recently I have been permanently banned by the Xbox enforcement team, I am not here to complain that I didn't deserve the ban or that I didn't do anything wrong, I deserve it. Anyways I have a pretty big complaint about what happens to your account after you have been permanently banned, when you try to sign into your account it just simply will not let you sign into it, not bad right that's part of a ban? But when you make a whole new account and try to play any games that you downloaded on your banned account you can't play them. This is listed in their Terms Of Service (TOS) that if you get permanently banned you forfeit all licence you owned with those games. This is an issue because Microsoft does not have the right to just take away content that you purchased because you broke their rules. That is like the police taking ownership of your house and all of your possessions because you got sent to jail. They should not be able to do that, they should not be able to take away all of your belongings and your hard earned money or money you have saved up over the months, I have around 30 Dollars left on that account with the 400 Dollars worth of games, skins, and other downloadable content I have purchased over the years and something needs to be done about this, they can't just simply say that it's written down in their TOS and that is the rules because as far as I know this isn't legal in the United States at least.

 

You can try submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com When you sign up for Live, you do agree to the terms of service and code of conduct which do state that if you violate their terms they can remove your access to their service.

 

the games I purchased isn't access to their service, that's property I paid for.

 

If they're digital games you're purchasing a license to use them, not the game themselves. If you violate Microsoft's terms, they can remove that license.

 

When a permanent account suspension is issued, XBLPET does not actively revoke an account's purchases or licenses or otherwise render existing content unplayable. Any content that has been downloaded and can be accessed without an internet connection
can continue to be used by the affected account offline. Content downloaded to the suspended account’s Home Xbox One console can also continue to be used by other accounts present on the console.

However, once an account has been permanently suspended, it will not be able to re-download previous content or purchase new content. This is because a permanent suspension completely blocks the account from accessing the Xbox Live service. Any digital licenses
that are already downloaded remain intact, but keep in mind that any game titles or specific features that require online services will not be useable.

That is why you don't be rude to for many times on Xbox live which you've been warn, but you insistence hence face the consequence you've agreed since you made an account with MS.

 

That's why you don't be rude even on Xbox live service as its also one of the rules that can get your account perma banned. And look what happen.
