permanent account ban

look i was playing in destiny with xbox live for some reason i got a communication band then now i have a permanent ban i did nothing wrong i have been a member of xbox live for 6 years i buy all my games online and download onto my hard drive so this permanent
ban has stuffed all my games and it's not fair at all i am not sure why people would report me i help other players on xbox with every game i also do not understand why first i received a communication ban i thought that was unfair then today i receive a account
ban for life not right i would like this matter fixed i would also maybe delete my friends list because i feel people maybe doing this out of me being good at games could i please get help with this matter i am very upset about this because i have health problems
the xbox is my main thing to do each day thank you for your time

Acct Banned - questions

Yeah, if his account got banned, there is probably a good reason, unfortunately. This isn't an official Microsoft site, but if you call them, they should be able to help you. Hopefully it's a temporary ban and not a permanent ban. You can also call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. I hope this helps!

 

Massive issue with the Xbox enforcement team

So, recently I have been permanently banned by the Xbox enforcement team, I am not here to complain that I didn't deserve the ban or that I didn't do anything wrong, I deserve it. Anyways I have a pretty big complaint about what happens to your account after you have been permanently banned, when you try to sign into your account it just simply will not let you sign into it, not bad right that's part of a ban? But when you make a whole new account and try to play any games that you downloaded on your banned account you can't play them. This is listed in their Terms Of Service (TOS) that if you get permanently banned you forfeit all licence you owned with those games. This is an issue because Microsoft does not have the right to just take away content that you purchased because you broke their rules. That is like the police taking ownership of your house and all of your possessions because you got sent to jail. They should not be able to do that, they should not be able to take away all of your belongings and your hard earned money or money you have saved up over the months, I have around 30 Dollars left on that account with the 400 Dollars worth of games, skins, and other downloadable content I have purchased over the years and something needs to be done about this, they can't just simply say that it's written down in their TOS and that is the rules because as far as I know this isn't legal in the United States at least.

 

I would like all my games i have payed for and download of xbox live reimbursed this is so childish i am life banned for nothing

 

i think this is sad i also get a email stating i am banned for bad conduct what people swear in game the characters in games swear come on really and xbox deletes my account for ever please refund all the money i have spent on this console all my games are
downloaded i cannot play and i didn't no swear or upset anyone someone for some reason reported me why because i am good at gaming thats not fail i would like my account looked at please and fixed i first get a 14 day communication ban then xbox ban me for
life 4 days later that's ridiculous please fix this or refund everything i have payed for thank you

eligible. If the permanent suspension is upheld, you forfeit all digital content attached to that account.
