    Permanent account ban


    I have been banned permanently because someone who provoked me reported me after is called him a Pu$$y,? my latest penalty is nearly a year ago and now i suddenly have been permanently banned for no reason i always paid my stuff fairly and there is for approximately 800 euros worth of games in my account, xbox support cant help me and i cant request a case review bc i cant see my permanent ban in my enforcement history, what is this for kind of policy.

    Purchasing or selling accounts can get you permanently banned.
    Signing in to accounts that are not yours can get you permanently banned.
    Sharing sign in information for accounts can get you permanently banned.

    Also, if you've been given any "tips" that triggering a short-term ban of the account for offensive Bio content will somehow negate the account's permanent ban, you were told wrong. A permanent ban is permanent.

    Signing into accounts that you are not the owner of can lead to permanent bans for account theft/fraud. Even if you are given permission by the account owner, you can be banned permanently.

    It's a permanent account ban and a console ban they have.
