    Hi, im here because my former account DoYouKnowDWe831 was permanently banned on xbox live on august 7 2020 and i would like to recover the account, I was banned for threatning to ddos other people, but i just want all the data on that account, and i wanted to know if i can get the account back or the data, i submitted a appeal a while back however they did not approve it.

    Hi there Dorian welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. From personal experience (my cousin also got permanently banned) I can tell you that, unfortunately, there is no way to get your account back, only the enforcement team is capable of removing the ban, and it seems they decided to keep your account banned. I'm sorry about the situation.

    That would be a no. A permanent ban means your account is forever locked and nothing on it is accessible.

    Threatening to DDOS another player is a serious breach of the TOS... you agreed to the rules when you signed up to Xbox Live and any breach of the rules risks your account being banned if serious enough to warrant it

    handing your account details out is against the terms and conditions, do account recovery as stated above but they most likely will ban the account permanently also.

    My son was permanent banned because someone told him make fake recovery account and guess someone span report him now I never heard of a recovery account the funny part is the same person that reported him was a Modder son account is [mod removed]. Xbox
