Permanantly benned from Xbox for what reason?

So apparently I cannot join any multiplayer games, so I looked up solutions on why I am not able to play online, and it said that I have been permanently banned from Xbox Live, yet I have been a xbox live user for over 6 years and this is the first time
I have been banned for tampering with avatars, gamerscore, gamerpictures, etc... I had around 25,000 gamerscore that I had worked increasingly hard for over the last 6 years and now it is at 1,000...??? Never have I done multiplayer parties, bill switching, I
have never switched my subscription, passport switching that has never happened, multiplayer, I don't play multiplayer all the time because I don't have a lot of time anymore and communications friends only, I don't have a mic or kinect to talk to anyone online. Is
it possible that someone is on my account and could have caused this because, I looked at my enforcements and I got one in 2014 because someone was using my account and I had it resolved instantly. I have not played on my xbox account in nearly 2-3 weeks and
it is telling me this ban was issued on November 9th when I wasn't even in town.

Banned for a message that wasn't offensive

i got benned till June 14th for sending a message after someone team kills and continuously team shoots me and my friend in a game of rainbow six an I then send him a message saying congrats you're retarded and get ban for it what has Xbox came to

Seems like you've been told why you were banned.

I found 2 games with modded achievements on your games played list so someone has tampered with your Gamerscore at some point.

All you can do is file for a case review here

Suspensions/bans are not instant. So even though the enforcement action took place on November 9, the actual reason for it could have taken place weeks or months before. For any information about bans and to submit a case review, you would have to go through
the enforcement site.

The team told me that my account was indeed tampered with and that I should come back here and tell you.
