permanant bans

I would like to know why you would permanently ban microsoft accounts without any warnings? I know that there is an agreement that can be read that communicates as an understanding as you register your account. Which is also evolving and updating. I have noticed that accounts will be permanently banned for conduct without warning for violations and/or for said violations. Some of the codes do give examples of expectations, but some of those examples are not specific but can be interpreted. For instant: 1."Nudity" has different means depending on where in the world you live or your religion. 2."Offensive Language" can be deemed by age, culture, and or religion. Just saying. I couldn't imagine the size of this task of upholding the integrity of this organization. I do think that maybe you could consider a strict term of suspension for violations. Some people have been with Microsoft from the beginning and have spent a lot of their hard earned money because it is a great organization. By no means do I mean that they deserve privilege. But I do believe that society is "Over the Top" sensitive, too many are crying wolf, and not enough impathy in these times. And I believe that we all want to do the right thing and we have a hard time trying to figure out what is really the right thing with everything being all stirred up as it is right now. There are so many ways and platforms to communicate our feeling and opinions and when we have technology filtering and humans interpreting without circumstances, there is a huge possibility of error. Long story short, I think before consequences are handed out that "the punishment fits the crime". I would like to know that you would maybe consider that if you deem something was "extreme enough" to do a permanent ban that you would consider that you would maybe do something like on hold for review, final warnings, extensive time bans and/or put accounts on a watch status or something like that. We don't know what the terms of bans or suspensions are. The laws of society have the consequences spelt out with the wiggle room for circumstances. People do make mistakes and need the chances to learn. We as humans cannot learn without mistakes. Thank you for listening.
