Permabanned on Xbox without warning - More than 15 years on Xbox

So out of nowhere at around midnight CT today, I was issued a permanent suspension for some unknown violation that won't even show up on the enforcement page, preventing me from any sort of appeal for an offense that I don't even know about -- According to Xbox's ToS this should fall under an appealable case.

I've been an Xbox consumer for more than 15 years, so this is definitely a massive bummer and I truly have zero clue what offense could be so great enough to warrant a permanent suspension. Keep in mind, I have a handful of previous communication bans over that 15-year period for your standard trash talk that gets too heated on both sides, but I've never been handed a one-month or one-year suspension to stop me from actually accessing my account.

So to go this far is just wild to me. I just can't imagine I said or did something that could warrant a permanent suspension like this, especially since I was once an Xbox Ambassador as well. If anyone could provide some extra insight into this, that would be great. I'm not sure what steps I need to take here.

Could you please contact them for me? I want to know if I got permanent banned for anything recently. So far, I haven't said nothing hateful in months since my last temporary ban. I only say stuff out of anger since people tend to get racist and hateful to me and I bite back to them. I looked on my records and there isn't one from this year at all, and I was just playing Halo Infinite and was close to beat the story mode but that ban got in the way and I'm just so upset about it now

Same thing happened to me sadly. I admit, I did talk back to people who disrespected me but I haven't said nothing hateful at all for a good while now. And from out of the blue I got banned! I got upset since Microsoft nor Xbox let me know what I was permanent banned for. Is there any way you can contact them for me please? Their email is useless and keep saying the same thing.

Plus my mom just got me Halo Infinite and I was close to beat it but this perma ban just ruined it for me.

Hello Conmanj, unfortunately there does seem to be an issue at the moment, where a load of players are receiving permanently bans instead of temporary bans on their accounts and it not showing up on the Enforcement site.

Microsoft are aware of this and are in fact trying to sort this out.

What I can suggest for the time being, is to wait a few days and hopefully you will be back to normal.

Thanks for the response. Do you have any links or posts from Microsoft to confirm that? That seems like a horrendous and absurd glitch and one that could give many people some anxiety. In my case, I have near 100K gamerscore and thousands of dollars invested into my account from game purchases and cosmetics over that 15+ year period.
