Perma Banning a Booter

This guy with the Gamertag [mod removed] keeps joining invite only parties and booting people including myself offline. We have never met the guy before nor have we insulted him. We literally just stay quiet and he keeps booting people off. Can we be helped?
Can he be perma banned? We have reported him but that takes way too long.

As long as you've reported them, the enforcement team will investigate, but they can only ban for things done on the Live service and attacks like that are done through your Internet and not Live. You'll want to contact your ISP to alert them of the situation.

I believe that perma ban means perma ban. no going back. it's permanent.

The enforcement team doesn't perma ban for only 1 thing they look at you past behaviour and never perma ban you on your first enforcement if you don't agree with your ban then go to the enforcement website and apply for a case review it's unlikly the unban

there is no accidentally reporting, he pressed y, then chose the reason and so on. perma bans are perma.
